Our Philosophy can be summarized in one statement, but we want to tell you much more. What's that one statement? "Give us a chance to provide you our service, and we won't let you down!"

We can't fix a problem we don't recognize... so please tell us if we've let you down in any area of customer service or workmanship. Ownership will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours to help you resolve any concerns.

It all starts and ends with our employees. Americlean Cleaners provides our staff with factory training. We genuinely care about our team of Dry Cleaning professionals. We go through a careful and thorough hiring process to attempt to find the best. A happy work environment usually translates to superior customer service.

Our philosophy of providing quality cleaning and alterations of your Dry Cleaning and Laundry needs is one that requires day to day maintenance of our plant.

Have you ever wondered why you got a garment back from a Dry Cleaner and it had an unpleasant smell on it? Oh that smell! And then there are the grayish and/or dingy whites, creams and pastels. How did that happen? Dull and faded colors? A stain on your silk shirt that wasn't there when you dropped it off, or when it was picked up? Filters need to be changed, the solutions need to be cleaned and replaced on an on-going basis. If you've had negative experiences the reasons are simple. The solution wasn't clean and the filters were not changed. The equipment wasn't maintained properly. Or, perhaps worse, the equipment is simply too old, and it's time to buy new and modern systems.

It takes time, effort and commitment to do things right. It starts with a company focused on quality.
